Smuggler Seyar Kurshutov, who was removed from sanctions imposed by Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), may have held a Russian passport since 2014 and may be linked to a family business in Crimea.

This was reported by Russian media outlets.

According to the reports, Kurshutov’s brother, Amet Kurshutov, serves as the manager of the “Five Principles” clinic in occupied Simferopol. Registry data indicate that the founder of the clinic is Osman Kurshutov.
